Harvesting Of Coffee Beans

There are main three types of harvest coffee beans: manual, semi-mechanized and mechanized. Harvesting occurs in the dry period, between April and September. But not all fruits ripen at same time, can harvest when at least 80% of fruits are ripe.
 

Simi-mechanized Harvest with Tarp In this type of harvest, portable motorized harvesters are used instead of manual work. This facilitates and speeds up the service of coffee workers. After the coffee beans on the tarps, the workers already make a first separation of the coffee fruits. Every small step of quality control ensure the best-possible cup of coffee

Picking:Lay under and between the trees on the ground of your plantation. Harvest the fruits onto the tarps.
Collecting: Tarps, acting as a conveyor belt, will take the fruits to collection machine.
Harvesting: Collecting machine makes the separation of fruits, leaves and branches.

Inner HDPE woven fabric, LDPE laminated both sides.
